Return & Refund Policy of RS City

Due to the nature of real estate transactions, RS City does not offer returns or refunds for property purchases or leases once an agreement has been signed. However, we offer a clear process for cancellations or disputes in the following sections.

Property Purchases

Once a property purchase agreement is finalized and the payment is made, the transaction is considered final. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a transaction before the purchase agreement is finalized, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation requests after signing agreements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellations may be subject to fees or penalties as outlined in the contract.

Leasing and Rental Agreements

For leasing or rental agreements, the terms for cancellations or early termination are specified in the rental contract. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties or loss of deposits.

Property Disputes

If there is an issue with a property or discrepancies with the listing, you should notify us immediately. RS City will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue, but we do not guarantee any refund unless the issue is a result of a clear error or misrepresentation on our part.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in the case of:

  • Overpayments or duplicate payments.
  • Overpayments or duplicate payments.
  • Legal or contractual obligations requiring a refund.
